I support students to feel strong in their bodies and access their inner wisdom through a balance of knowledge, movement, play and deep connection. 

I am currently in training to become a Yoga Therapist and my passion is working one-on-one with people or small groups for specific needs.

What is Yoga Therapy?

 

Yoga Therapy is a holistic therapy merging western medical science with ancient yoga practices: using yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayam), meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
