Prenatal Yoga is an amazing opportunity to connect with your body and growing baby in an empowering environment. Learn ways to strengthen supporting muscles, relax, and share community with other mothers.
This six week pre-registered session runs Thursdays from September 21 to October 26th 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Yoga by the Sea. Email email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
Online Course This October
Move to heal your core, pelvic floor, and more with whole body movements. Practice meditation and breath practices, and delve deep into your personal pleasure, sex & relationships, and your individual magic. This is self-care to the max.

One-on-One Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga Therapy is a holistic therapy merging western medical science with ancient yoga practices: using yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayam), meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit. These sessions can be done online via skype or in person. Your session includes an outline and notes of your personal practice.
