I work with students individually to develop a practice specific to their needs. Therapeutic sessions are great for anyone suffering from stress, an injury, mental illness, or any physical or emotional ailment. Yogic tools that may be used include physical poses and movements, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and body awareness. These 60 minute sessions can be done online via skype or in person. Your session includes an outline and notes of your personal practice.
I have regular availability on Mondays at 9:30 am till 12:30 pm and Saturdays 9:30 am till 12:30 pm but please contact me to schedule a time that works for you in home or elsewhere.
