I work with students individually to develop a practice specific to their needs. Therapeutic sessions are great for anyone suffering from stress, an injury, mental illness, or any physical or emotional ailment. Yogic tools that may be used include physical poses and movements, breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and body awareness. These 60 minute sessions can be done online via skype or in person. In person sessions are located at Coastline Health and Performance or in your home. Your session includes an outline and notes of your personal practice.
I have regular availability at Coastline Health and Performance on Mondays from 9:30- 12:30 am and Saturdays from 9:30 - 12:30 am but please contact me to schedule a time that works for you in home.
